I've lived here just shy of 6 months and we have had 4 water pipe leaks. The one on July 22, still has my road (Dogwood) closed as of this writing (Aug 2). I use a mobility scooter to take my garbage to the bins and get my mail (don't have a car). They said to use the only other entrance which means I have go out onto a busy road with no sidewalks. This place was so nice that we bought a place in September 2024. Very serene, lawns are taken care of regularly, nice mailroom (outside, but inside building, walking distance 2 or 3 blocks to Publix plus lots of other known stores. Highly recommend Golden Oaks.
The landlord harassment is ridiculous!
