I ordered a steak n lobster, steak medium well but it came out extra crispy n well done. I asked for another steak they refused or refused to give me a discount. Her name was Hannah, no manager in sight & the mans name helping her is LaDerrick. This happened tues evening, 17th. They were rude and there was no manager on sight.
