Poor quality. Did not even have my solid gold necklace for more then 6 months and it snapped in half in the middle of the chain. They would do nothing for me. After arguing with the manager she said she would pay for half of the cost to fix it which was only like $15. At that point I decided I was tired of arguing and I just will go somewhere who treats their customers and products better. They will guarantee your gold plated chain for life but not your solid gold ... doesn’t make sense.
