Customer service was just okay. Unfortunately, the experience felt uncomfortable. It seemed like they aren’t used to customers who actually spend money, and the reaction when people of color are spending over $100 felt strange. It left us with a weird feeling overall. 😕 I really liked the products, but the middle age woman working there came across as very microaggressive, which made the experience disappointing and hard to ignore.
