I wanted to love this store because the merchandise is absolutely beautiful. It was my first time visiting, and I ended up purchasing an octopus pendant necklace with a stone and a tiger's eye bracelet. Unfortunately, the customer service completely changed my experience. When I went to pay, I handed the cashier my credit card, and she immediately asked for my driver's license to prove the card belonged to me. I live this store and have been shopping here since it was a kiosk. There's a wide variety of jewelry and the prices are pretty reasonable. The owner and the other employees are friendly and helpful.

Customer service was just okay. Unfortunately, the experience felt uncomfortable. It seemed like they aren’t used to customers who actually spend money, and the reaction when people of color are spending over $100 felt strange. It left us with a weird feeling overall. 😕 I really liked the products, but the middle age woman working there came across as very microaggressive, which made the experience disappointing and hard to ignore.
