We had our front porch and back deck replaced, along with a patio put in. Not even a year in, and sideboards are already warping. Rock and mulch were put in spots that was not discussed. The mulch wasn't put down properly, so we already have weeds and grass coming up, even with a sheet down underneath the mulch. Some things we discussed were not put in, or ignored.
