10/10!! The atmosphere here is so relaxing, exactly what a girl needs after a long week. The woman at the front desk was super helpful and friendly (I’m so sorry, it’s been about a month and I don’t remember her name ), but she was great. And my esthetician Victoria was amazing! I received a seasonal facial with lady. My experience was a 10 out of 10 , she was very informative, very patient and so kind. I want to specifically thank her for bringing her human to work. She spoke life into me, she spoke strength into me , I wasn’t having the best day. I explained briefly. She made my session all about me. I literally have brand new skin , with 1 session. Excited to see what our future holds , it’s safe to say I’m coming back. We go together now ! Katya was also very warm and welcoming
I sent my wife here recently to see esthetician Lady, she was amazing, the services were top tier and not to mention Jalen at the front desk is the sweetest ever. She will absolutely be returning for the top notch service and all else.
Little pricey but the best facial, EVER. Shout out to Karen. My skin still looks amazing.
I would not recommend going here. As someone who’s been booking appointments at this location for awhile now, there are 3 things I can’t stand that I have consistently seen at this Silver mirror location: - Faulty products on their shelves (Some of the serums had broken bottles and were tampered with) - Receptionist ignoring you when you have questions (but at least there’s an I-pad there for check-ins because otherwise that would make interactions even worse) - Some of the estheticians here are rude and will ignore allergy ... read more
