Made an appointment with Silver Mirror a few days ago for 6:30pm at the Bryant Park location. Making the appointment was very easy. Yesterday, I ended up getting out of work by 13:30pm. I tried to see if I can change my appointment to an earlier time but the online system wouldn't let me as it's within 24 hours within the appointment time. I called the location. Avoid. Staff is dismissive and unresponsive. By far the worst silver mirror location in the city. Also, the person who sits at the front and takes calls has a bad attitude and has no desire to be helpful whatsoever.
I visited Silver Mirror hoping for a great experience, but unfortunately left feeling misled and disappointed. I booked a facial and brought a gift card to cover the cost, but ended up being enrolled in a membership without clear consent. The staff was friendly and the esthetician was knowledgeable, but the checkout process felt confusing and manipulative. Got my facial from Cupid he was amazing very helpful in telling me how I can improve my skin with recommendations on which facial I should get and which products I can use to improve my skin. I recommend him and would definitely book with him again.
