I had a whole large roof replacement with major deck damage due to zero venting and bad workmanship when an addition was added years ago . Also major wood rot repairs and new siding on the whole front and side of house which never had house wrap. I received multiple estimates and all left an unknown cost (we'll see when we tear it off) or left out important details that I didn't think of such as baffles for my shed ceiling for airflow.
