What wonderful, communicative, responsive folks. We had a roof leak after the August tornadic activity tore off some shingles, causing quite a bit of water to penetrate through the ceiling and into our living room. Their schedule was packed with bigger projects but the owner personally came out ON A SATURDAY to at least patch up our problems before imminent forecasted heavy rains. Mickey was easy to reach, was prompt in proving me an estimate, explained everything in detail and quickly scheduled a day for the job. We recently had SLR&E do an exterior project at our home for siding and gutters. The work that they completed was outstanding and very detailed. In addition to the work of the crews, we had the pleasure of working with Mickey - president of SLR&E - from the initial estimate, to a second visit to our house at our asking when still determining who to hire, job completion phase, and thru the final walkthrough to ensure my wife and I were 100% satisfied!
