This place is very unprofessional, I ask for an appointment for an urgent matter, I had to be on top of them to get the link for the intake, because I wanted to make sure everything was ok. After I did the intake form the day before I get a call saying that after review provider said she wont be able to see me. I asked for a reason and the person was not able to respond. My pharmacist constantly asked me questions about the oddities of my scripts and why Dr parvez doesn't just authorize refills for my non-schedule substance prescriptions. Apparently it's also not normal for my Adderall to only be quantities of 20 per month, especially when the same prescriber originally issued 26, a still odd number. I was hesitant about telepsychiatry but Silver Lining Psychiatry made it so easy. Dr. Parvez is professional and truly listens, even over video sessions.
Seeing Dr. Parvez for my bipolar disorder has been life changing. She adjusted my treatment plan and I finally feel like myself again. Highly recommended.
I’ve never felt so comfortable with a psychiatrist before. Dr. Parvez really cares about getting to the root of the problem instead of just prescribing meds.
