Expert in the field takes great care to meet and exceed expectations. The owner found several hail dents I had not seen before his expert eye looked my car over. It looked better than new because the dealership sold me the car without disclosing the hail damage on the roof which I didn’t see until after I couldn’t take it back. Just so you know, the business has moved since my car was repaired.

Michael & his team worked diligently to get my car back to its normal state pre-storm. They were open with communication on parts / supplemental insurance claims. My insurance deductible was $1,000 and they promised I wouldn’t pay the full deductible out of pocket and they delivered on that promise. The loaner car was a huge help as well, since I did not have a rental included on my insurance policy. Thanks for fixing up my Rogue, looks great again!
Had them fix the hail damage on 3 of our vehicles. They promised we wouldn't be out of pocket and delivered on that promise without any visible shortcuts saving us $1500.00 in deductibles. The new location off the NW Expressway is easy to get to and Michael and his entire team were professional and courteous. Thank you again and we hope we don't see any more hail again for at least another 5 years.
I can’t say enough about Michael and Dave! I had pretty bad hail damage on my Escalade and wasn’t just gonna take it anywhere. I stopped by and Dave showed me a black Denali he was currently working on and it blew my mind. These guys are incredibly talented and they OVER DELIVERED in every way. The most professional and courteous shop I have ever been to. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They had my car back to me the next day and it seriously looks brand new!
