I came to Amy for my very first massage ever. She made me feel completely comfortable and made sure to check in regarding the level of pressure she was using. The room was extremely calming and the table and blankets extremely soft and warm. Since then I ventured out to try another salon for a massage and I was not nearly as satisfied with the environment or masseuse. Can't wait to go back to Amy! Also as a poor graduate student, I can say that Silver Lining has the best deals around.

I highly recommend this spa! It's the friendliest and most accommodating spa in town. This place is reasonably priced too. Earlier today I went to this spa for a deep tissue massage. The massage was excellent as usual.
This was my first visit to SLDS after having Karah recommended to me by A TON of people here in Charlottesville. I was super excited about treating myself to a 90 minute massage as a reward for being a workout warrior, and this was SUUUUCH a sweet treat. Karah was willing and able to work with my zillion skin allergies to give me a wonderful custom facial. I appreciated her dedication to finding a solution and providing a great service.
I have gotten two Mommy To Be massages with Amy and they have been absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend her to anyone that is struggling with any sort of pregnancy caused pains.
It's a private little oasis in town that cares about personal service.
