He didn't finish one job and kept money he said he would refund me. He is ignoring all attempts that were made to communicate.

They cannot handle large projects. My experience with them is horrible. I have documents, pictures, videos and recordings. They overcharged me. They lied to me. They accused me of derogatory things.
