We closed on our home in Crawfordville on 10 October Scheduled service for 11 October. The office kept me informed as to when the technician would show up. We were scheduled for 9 am service I believe Antonio got there at 9:03 very prompt very professional. He was neat and clean as well as his van. I would recommend Silver Lining to everyone.

This company attempted to conduct a mold assessment as a company who is not licensed to do so whatsoever. They attempted to blame me for any mold growth experienced at the apartment meanwhile, when I hired a licensed mold inspector to do the inspection, they assured me that there was no plausible way for me to have caused any of the mold growth. They are not an honest business and do not have your best interests in mind. Do not hire them

My carpets look brand new Antonio did a phenomenal job you could see that not a single spot was missed, will request him specifically for any future cleanings 10/10

I’m not sure if I can possibly recommend Silver Lining more. My office had a very unpleasant flood including my entire suite and multiple early learning classrooms. They responded quickly, gave us a very fair estimate and sent photos and updates at the end of every evening throughout the process. Additionally, they fixed the disastrous work ServPro had done (which damaged our space more than it helped). I am grateful for their quick response and professionalism.
