We are writing to report ongoing issues with a warehouse loader named Phillips. This is the third time our driver has attempted to pick up a load, and Mr. Phillips has repeatedly shown an unprofessional attitude. He consistently refuses to load the freight in the correct position and reacts with hostility when our driver requests proper loading procedures. You guys need to fix whatever machinery you are using because we all can hear it running over a mile away!!! Update: Seriously guys its 4am!!!!!! I can hear it in my house. Get a new machine or fix it!!!! Been a year now for crying out loud!!! There are people who live out here Update again: I can hear it full blast in my house! Please fix whatever machine you are using! This wasnt like this 2 years ago. Please fix it!!!
