Terrible company. Will not follow through on warranty items and waste your time.
Terrible experience. We bought a home from this company in Feb 2020 that was built for someone else but the sale of their home fell through. They failed to fix items that were identified as defects during our final walkthrough, were non responsive during countless reach outs, were a no show for our 1 year warranty walkthrough 3 times and finally when the owner, Jon Ryding, did show up, he agreed to everything but then followed through in nothing. Never purchase a home through these people. You will never get things fixed through your 1 year warranty. I will be going to the better business bureau for this one. Sure small things got fixed here and there but there was no walk though on my home especially just before the 1 year warranty mark. Constant emails and phone calls to Paul and to Warranty. Once you purchase a home from this company you will receive zero response to any warranty claims, and they will not return phone calls. Silver line built our home and later the home next door to ours, during the construction of the home next door, Silver line had the roof put on during the cold fall and the shingles failed to adhere, during the winter the shingles blew off the roof impacting and damaging the siding on the west side of our home. Purchased a house from them. Was our favorite of all the homes we had looked at. They were very easy to deal with and very friendly. Love the quality of the house, would recommend them to anyone.
