Pray you never need service! I have 2 customers with patio door seal failures...One customer called 5 years ago and Silverline told me they'd take care of it! I went out to sell that customer 8 more windows couple weeks ago, to which they replied remember that service you assured us would be taken care of. I said Yes, they stated has never been done. Now the 2nd customer has been waiting 3 years for 2 seal failures on patio door panels Not to mention one of the doors has a hole in the vinyl because of cheap quality.
