If I could give zero Stars I would. This company is a mess. They fire good employees for no real reason, and tell the clients who they've formed a good connection with that they quit, and then refuse to hand over the necessary documentation ( ROE) for employees when they let them go. You're basically a glorified housekeeper with the owner requiring you to clean her house as part of your work duties. I have not had a relative in Silver Lights Adult Day Program for Dementia, but I helped facilitate the acquisition of both the current location and the previous one. In doing so, I met and dealt with Tammy, the CEO of Silver Lights, and Susan, the Managing Director. My take-away from this experience is that these two individuals are extremely passionate about providing care for adults with Dementia, and assistance to the families/spouses/partners.
