Went to a mobile home auction in cimarron Park and Heather made sure I was out bid by her construction guy who she claimed she didn't know but yet called him by name Heather is a very shady person do not do business with this community I waited 6 months for this mobile home to come available and she new this she ignored my phone calls and texts that I had to call corporate to get any information I found this very unfair of them as a professional business knowing I was interested in this trailer Heather seems very sketchy and... read more
I have had nothing but problems renting here. They are awful. The lot rent prices are astronomical and they rise every year and they just put a notice to evict me on my door and we're up to date with rent. I swear if I could find a way to move my trailer I would. And the maintenance guy is a horrible man. Just all around a terrible experience. They don't deserve one star even.
Scam alert! Do not buy or rent a home here you will be screwed the first chance they get. Read the photo. In the middle of the night they cut everyone's cable on their houses, LEFT PEOPLE'S LIFE IN DANGER DISCONNECTING THEIR MEDICAL EQUIPMENT and demanded everyone stop internet and cable service except from their horrible provider which was full of issues and no customer service just like them.
