Smart people, but they forgot to enter my unit in and sent me a different one , I had to go there and they had no record. I remember the guy say he was going to walk it over to Fullboar and have a guy look at it. I went to Fullboar and after a little digging the tech found my unit. They were really helpful.
The Folks were spot on said it would take approximately 2 hrs to do all the work and they called Us when finished
Have contacted Silverleaf a couple of times with questions, I have a 2022 Newmar coach. Have been extremely impressed with their knowledge of both their systems and the motorhome systems that they control. Excellent support.

Called these fine chaps and thought I was in for an entire new panel. A few minutes with an incredibly jovial gentleman named Mark and we were wired for sound. He was professional, funny, and tolerated my inability to keep my mouth shut while he tried to help. Great job, Mr. Mark!!!!!
