They required a $200 deposit to park my camper, and said they would mail it to me after the August electric bill came in, including ten days rent prorated refund. I left on 08/20/2021, and after many calls and e-mails finally got a check for $74.73, on 01/24/2022. When I asked to see the statements they make no sense at all. The least I could have been owed was $91.99. They’re trying to explain it away. Don’t stay there.

Front office likes to move trash cans during trash day so it doesn't get picked up, harassment is like a constant from them as well. The playground is broken and needs updated, there's no place for kids to play the swings are broken and everything is a mess. They also say you can't have any felonies or anything yet the man at the front office has a great record with the law (that's public if anyone wants to look him up). Harassment in any public domain shouldn't be allowed!!. I thank God I didn't move here!!. Instead I moved to the Addmore trailer park!! It's small and hospitable. Most of this park is nice and kind senior citizens!!
