Great community, we use all the amenities and the community is very youth friendly. HOA fees are very resonable. The open board meeting is a good place to find out how our money is spent.

I know security doesn't monitor the streets, but just now I was outside watering, and cars were speeding at maybe 50 mph back and forth for 2 hours. CHP is in charge of the roads but 25 mph is posted. Hope no kids are out riding bikes. I live on a main road, so I expect traffic, but I try to follow the speed limit.

love my home, not HOA, the most unfriendly group, the fee covers facilities that I do not use. should have done more research

Love the community feel, the lakes, the golf course, the people...everything! The dues are very affordable for what's included.

Corrupt homeowners association. They over charge and the funds don’t go towards improving the community.

We just moved here September 23,2017. I'm so excited to see the seasons change and enjoy all the amenities silver lakes has to offer. I hear nothing but positive and that's great for my husband and I were both retired and look forward to meeting New friends.
