We have a water leak a couple of weeks ago and about a month before that we had the same leak. Silver lake water is awesome. I called and they were here with in 20 minutes and had it fixed in about the same time. The young man that came out of the same one both times. He was the greatest, very friendly. Did a great job. Thank you.

Every two months they cut off the water from my own home . We pay the bill regularly and also I have kids and my son was looking for water to drink. He was very thirsty and couldn't find it. Is this reasonable? This is no reason to cut off the water to my home and family. This is no excuse to cut off the water. Very poor service, this is not the first time they have done something crazy wrong like that. and when I call them they say we sorry maybe something wrong .

Why the water bill is so expensive now? We are family of two, our bill is $216.00. My husband is fighting Lukimia for the last 8year we only have one income…PSE and PUD is no different.
