I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this towing company, and especially with Brett. I had a tire blowout on the highway, which is terrifying in itself—but even more so when you’re pregnant and have your toddler in the car. I was genuinely scared and felt completely helpless. Albert from silver lake towing Grafton location took time after his shift to come help me with my stranded vehicle and was able to fix a problem I had been dealing with for about 1 and a half hours in about 5 mins. Will always recommend and call them if I need assistance in the future. Great person.

Had a tow today from Silver Lake towing and our driver Brett for the 2nd time. He is and was the most knowledgeable young man we have ever come across. He made the experience comfortable for my husband and I. He was very friendly and is honestly the reason we called the company for this 2nd time. We will continue to use the company moving forward! GREAT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL
