Terrible practice. Do not come here for medication. I do not know about the therapists here, but the psychiatrists do not know what they are doing!!!!!
Extremely disappointed in this practice. My daughter was a brand new patient and not quite familiar with their policies. She cancelled the day before her appointment— over 24 hours early however we were still charged $90.00!! How does an office need more notice than that? That is more than enough time to fill the appointment slot. AND the fee is absolutely unreasonable. No warning, call or anything. Not right to gouge people like this. NO interest in returning to a practice with such unreasonable expectations.
This place doesn’t give a damn about you. If you’re late on a co-pay, they’ll harass you until you give it to them and they don’t understand that some people financially struggle. They also don’t take cash, even though I offered them cash at my very first appointment and I offered to pre-pay for the next FOUR appointments they declined. This entire clinic is snobby and unprofessional
