Trying to move in has been a complete disaster. In early April, I told the manager Yesunia Chacon that we needed to be in by the first of May. I have done everything she requested. Background checks, pet screenings... I gave her all the information that she requested about my trailer. She never told us we were approved by corporate until I contacted her.
