My mother was recently a patient at Silver Lake Nursing and Rehab. Now that she is home I will say that I would not send my dog there for care. The Physical Therapy department was EXCELLENT - however the rest of her care was poor. The nurses were very unresponsive - whenever she requested assistance the nurse's station would send an aid to find out what she wanted and they wouldn't assist her either.
