Great service and quick!
I had a large nail in my tire and the service I received to get a new tire was really great! Unlike other mechanics and dealers their communication was great. They offered me a ride home when I dropped the car off and provided a loaner car for the next day while the tire was fixed. No charge for the loaner! This made the entire experience a lot easier to deal with. This was a first class, white glove treatment really happy I came and get my oil changed
I’m new to the area and called 3 shops who couldn’t help me before getting ahold of silver lake. I told them I needed a new valve stem and was in a time crunch as I had to get to the airport. One of their techs stopped what he was doing and took care of me immediately to get me back on the road. Highly recommend silver lake and Mark Claesges. Thanks again guys!!
