New to the area and was looking for a Volvo service shop in the area. I can see why this shop has been in business 50+ years. Zach explained everything thoroughly and to our understanding. I didn't feel like he was trying to make extra money by servicing unnecessary things. My go to service center for both my Volvo and BMW going forward.
Very helpful! Every time I’ve come in, it’s finished quickly at a reasonable price. They are very friendly and sometimes even have homemade cookies! Nice extra touch.
I had a brake emergency on my way for a vacation. They graciously looked at my car immediately, ordered the parts needed, and I was off a few hours later. They were professional, trustworthy, and even gave us some cookies for the road.
Our experience at Silver Lake Auto in Grafton could not have been better. We were promptly taken care of and the staff was wonderful. We will definitely use them for all our automotive needs!
