I had a wonderful experience at Silver Lake. The service advisors listen to your concerns and review the information to make sure it's correct. They also call or message you with updates as they get them so that you are not wondering about the progress of the repair. The techs have a "get it right the first time" mentality and will keep digging into the problem until they will figure it out. $260 to diagnose (car dealer is $190, small shops $0 to $150), then quoted close to $700 to change spark plugs(they're new), was told by two other shops i needed fuel injectors. I told silverlake this they told me they need to replace the spark plugs as the first step (seemed like expensive guess work). I told them they're new already (they didn't care) . $300 per hour for labor and $35 per spark plug. Spark plugs from the car dealer are $8.99 each.
