One of the best parks in Pensacola – this place has really improved since the new manager came on board -- the screening process and background checks for all tenants ensure you and your property will be safe -- great place to live!
managment need people skill's – We have been living in the park for three years . So we know whats going on with the staff at this park . #1. We sent a letter to the owner, to let him know that the managers are never there and that the bath rooms are never cleaned on a regular on a any day . You do not want to live in this Park. Mgmt plays favorites and will promise you the stars and moon than deliver NOTHING !. Once you are locked in you are stuck for a full year or longer. There are MEDICATION dealers they know live in this park and refuse to get them out. With all of the kids you would think they cared. WRONG ! Any place is better than this place, you can not do a lot of things you want to , to make your yard or home look better with out home office flipping out.
