The owner or so-called owner Alex which is really not the owner his mommy is the owner these people are morons. They can't even get your bills correct overcharging us for lot rent when they do nothing to clean up the property and it's getting trashier and trashier as the days go by.
I live in Tempe Cascade a new member of the Silve King family. So far it he's been a disappointment to say the least. It seems that the people that work in the office at Tempe Cascade are only here to collect a pay check. They over water the play park and the ground is so saturated we now have standing water, and we all know that breeds masqitos and that breeds deasese. Owner is a world class nut job!
Owners are very lax at doing repairs, but have no problem raising the rent every year. Beware of buying into their properties!
