Beware of Silver Key. They charge big fees and put the nursing home's Interests ahead of yours. Do your research. There are other places that charge way less and work much faster. I didn't trust the salesman, Ben W, when he came to the nursing home to speak to me. Unfortunately, my POA at the time signed with them. Leaving me out $9,000. Because of them, I was kicked out of the nursing home I was staying in.

This was our first time having to complete a Medicaid renewal application. In an effort to insure that the application was completed properly we reached out to Silver Key and Rikki was assigned as our caseworker. Once she received our case she was extremely professional as well as kind and empathetic to my son's plight. Debbie W. Was the greatest angel that could have been sent to me. She was very attentive to my lack of knowledge in this matter and guided me step by step. I received communication and updates within timely manners. This all led to my Dad receiving the Medicaid that was needed for past and future care.
