Super helpful and friendly staff. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the tech, and the veterinarian were all wonderful. Great communication.
Far from great. My dog had a medium size Haematoma on her ear. The vet and vet tech were both in and out of the room multiple times telling me different pricing and what needed to be done. Than decided on draining which he informed me after ‘popped with a needle’ .. walked out paying $230 for the next morning it come back. Vet followed up stating they could not promise it was a ‘permanent fix’….. and than surgery would be the best option and that would be $1600… After speaking with the manager. This was my first time visiting this vet with my pets. I felt the staff all around were caring and involved. Vlada went out of her way to make our visit easy and was a pleasure to deal with. Kelsey was very capable and competent with my animals - even a very skittish one. Dr Brar did a great job and projects a compassionate attitude. My only concern was how long the appointment took. I waited in a room for almost 30 minutes before seeing the vet.
The first year I had my dog Nora, we had a cancer scare after some abnormal dental x-rays. Dr. Perrault went above and beyond to answer my questions and sought opinion from colleagues at other clinics while we waited to get a CT. Thankfully, Nora was okay. This summer she had a few mast cell tumour removals, one of which included a tail amputation to ensure good margins. Dr. Khalon and the whole clinic team have given Nora excellent care throughout!
