Very pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff, from the front desk administrator right down to the clinic front-line folks and Dr. Perrault. Everyone was informative, patient, and supportive of two new dog owners. No issues, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
I appreciate the time the tech and the vet took to explain things to me and help me understand. They were great with my dog as well and clearly enjoy what they do. There was no unnecessary "upselling" and even explained ways I can save costs which is much appreciated. It shows they are there for the families and their pets not just to make a dollar.
