Great people, they are super nice and my sewing and dry cleaning came back all good. I asked questions about tailoring and they were super helpful. Mrs. Jessica especially, she knew a lot and was able to explain everything.
Good if you dont have a vehicle but norge is where its at for speed and price
Jessica H. was amazing from start to finish. She was super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process of turning in our clothes for alterations really easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in her work. She walked us through everything, answered all our questions, and just had such a great attitude the whole time. It honestly made a big difference, we left feeling really taken care of. Big thank you to Jessica for being so kind and helpful!
I am new to the area, and I had excellent customer service when I went to this little hidden gem on the base, I definitely recommend.
If you have the ability, just go out in town for your dry cleaning and repair needs. Much cheaper and better quality. They charge $7 for a small patch. Also check your stuff before you leave there, they will charge you for work they didn't complete. Also the lady that works at the desk seems genuinely annoyed when a customer walks in, it may be because you're interrupting her shows shes watching on her IPad. Just go off base, trust me.
