I was looking online for a business that did monograms. I went 2 weeks before Christmas to Silver Gallery, Flowood location to have my son bathrobe monogram. Needless to say he loves his Christmas gift. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great service. I recommend this business for any of your monogram needs. You want be disappointed.
I was a loyal customer with them until the owner decided to ask, what do you want, in a rood manor, in front of several costumers. When I replied, I'm picking up my order, his attitude changed quickly! Needless to say, I never went back and that was about 6-7 years ago.
There are two locations and we visited both. The first, in Flowood was honest with us about sizing and directed us to the Madison location. Both sites were wonderful and quick. We got exactly what we asked for.
The fastest, highest quality embroidery company in Madison, Ms - HANDS DOWN. 2-6 hour turn around on all orders. Wouldn’t go anywhere else & haven’t for 4 years.
They have a forever customer with me. So helpful, so friendly and my order only took 30 minutes.
