I too placed order back in June and have emailed the company and called several times with no response. I will be contacting my credit card company.
I have ordered a keychain for a gift . and I have called and many different recordings . I paid for the item in full and never received a shipping date and also have emailed the company , company never responded . I hope that this matter can be resolved soon .

I placed an order a month and a half ago and have not received the item nor have I received any sort of message on the status of the order. I have tried calling dozens of times only to get the message about them being closed in June. Well, it is now August. I have also emailed them multiple times with no reply. My next step, if I don't hear back soon, is going to be to report fraud through PayPal. This is unacceptable.
Wow, I wish I had read these reviews before ordering again with Silver Gallery. In the past I have had no issues with them but it seems they are unresponsive to everyone including me. I ordered an engraved rattle over a month ago with no updates and no response to my emails or calls. The only option looks like contacting my credit card company to report fraud plus finding a new store and making a new order which is extra work for me.
