This place is great! All the units are very clean and well kept as well as the entire grounds. There are two men that are business partners that own the place. To obtain a unit, you have to make an appointment to meet them there, but they are very nice and easy to work with. The whole premise (except for the office) is gated (entry by access code only) and constantly under high definition day/night surveilance cameras which post video directly to their offsite server.
