Thank you for the heat. Your staff was prompt, friendly, and extremely professional. We got much more than expected for the price, and are very appreciative. The crew of Silver Fox was excellent, their installation was clean and the finished appearance is great.

When I was having problems with my air ocnditioning a few weeks ago, I called the guys at Silver Fox Air Conditioning. They were my 3rd call, but the first ones to answer my call and get me lined up with a service appointment. They were out to my place the next afternoon to take a look at the a/c and the guy ended up cleaning out the duct work and replacing a small part on the central air unit. On time, price was fair considering how expensive this can be to fix, and I'm glad its working better now.

When I called here for service, a real person answered the phone and lined up a service time for me. The place I called before here just had an answering service and called back about 6 hours later. Glad I didn't go with them. Anyway, Silver Fox Air Conditioning was able to send someone out late the next afternoon - much quicker than I figured and the guy called the next day and asked if he could come by a little earlier than the timeframe the office gave, which I really appreciated.
