I recently had a hydrotherapy session, and let me tell you, it was my second time trying it out. This time around, Melissa was my guide, and boy, she's a hydrotherapy professional! Ummmmm WOW 😮 no wonder I haven’t slept good in years. Have several immune issues and constipated. Dang. Melissa is so nurturing, understanding and knows so much about creating a healthy colon / digestive system. She is very thorough on explaining on how everything works which is helpful.
