Had an appointment with Todd Williams NP whom I had seen several times and thought he provided very good care. I arrived at the Astoria location today for my appointment to find it closed. Anotinher gentleman also waiting for appointment finally knocked on the door. I have called their posted phone number several times. Left a message for a return call 9 days ago. Tried 3 more days. Voice mail box was full, no one answered any extension. Still no return call.

Very professional and nice staff. Doctor and assistant were awesome! Was able to get in right away for an appointment.

No complaint about the providers themselves. But, try calling them with a follow up issue... all calls are routed through Salem, OR. You can’t talk directly to your provider or their medical assistant. On hold for 25 minutes while the switchboard attempts to contact the provider- then the call is dropped... how do you run medical offices like this? Absolutely the worst.

Unprofessional....made an appointment, the first available appointment they offered which was almost a month out from the day I called. Took day off from my work and moved meetings. At 4:30, the day before my appointment the office called to ask if this was a good time to "reschedule" my appointment since they had overbooked. The next soonest appointment that I could get was two weeks out, despite the fact that I told her my condition had continued to worsen.
