Super irritated and pissed. So when we cancel they charge you, but when I go there and you don't have my medicine, should you pay for wasting my time? On top of that telling me I need to call and get the medicine from the manufacturer myself. What is the point of even going there. I AM EXTREMELY PISSED OFF AND RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The PA and medical assistant were both professional, kind, and educational. I felt very validated with my experiences with acne and HS. They were on it! They started me on a treatment plan right away with a back up if this doesn’t work. I definitely am thankful and feel cared for here!
I really liked the staff at Frontier dermatology! Everyone was really nice and the doctor did an actual exam!
