Every time I go for my apointment from the time I sign in within 5 min.im called in.they are all very polite
The doctor and the nurses at the Centralia branch were pleasant and thorough. The doctor did a complete skin check on me. And asked me if I wanted a painful mole removed. He removed it with no pain involved. He sent it off for a biopsy. He clearly knew all skin issues. He stated the type of mole I had was rarely cancerous. The whole appointment took less than 30 minutes.
Professional and friendly. Thorough, but not slow. Very assuring visit.
Super friendly facility. They took time to listen to me and recognized my perhaps overly anxious feelings as I had a skin cancer before. They answered my questions in terms I could comprehend and useful. Very thorough. Very impressed with my treatment. A++
