I wasn't offered an appointment on the phone because I only have 1 vent in my bathroom that is hard wired to the apartment building. I also have an air conditioner but wasn't given a chance to mention it. The one question I was asked by Alan was why I would want just one vent cleaned and told it wasn't worth his time to come out for that. Why would I want the duct cleaned? Having moved into a new apartment I wanted to have it cleaned for the air quality, why else?

Completely satisfied with the service provided. Our ducts needed cleaning after replacing our floors. We appreciate the care taken on our new polished timber floors and attention to detail.
