The Silver Dragon on 4th Plain Vancouver is the worst food ever. Do not bother I threw it in the dog dish and the dog wouldn't even eat it. Horrible absolutly horrible. The health department needs to go in there and shut that filthy pkace down......
I raised my children coming here so it has great memories for me but the service and the food quality have just gone down hill. I am sorry to say that I can not come back to a place that I truly enjoyed. The waitress is only working there because she has been there forever but her weight and how she moves makes it painful to watch as she leans over counters, sits at tables to clear them and directs customers where to sit by pointing. Excellent food and service
General Tso chicken with a slight crunch, just the way I like it. Good, attentive service. General dining in front and separate bar area in back room too with TVs for sports watching.
We (my family and I) have been going to the Silver Dragon for years. Yes it is always crowded but the food is usually good and cheap. I will never go back, The food the last two times we had take out was horrible. Last night it was burnt and there were suspect ingredients (there was nowhere in fried rice or fried noodles where mushrooms belong and my son had a bone in his chicken fried rice.) The absolute worst chineese we have ever had! And very condescending rude service! I complained and nearly got my head chopped off! Horrible experience and sick the next day!
It's decent. But its not the greatest, but it will do in a pinch.
Talk about RUDE. I have done business with these guys for 15 years, the service has always been great. Today I was told that my phone in order doesn't matter, they won't make the food till they see my face so I might as well come in and wait. One has to wonder what happens when a company becomes so successful that they fell comfortable telling their customers to screw off.
