Silver Diner Fredericksburg is new. Environment nice, the waiter excellent. Its menu options are terrific but the prices somewhat high to match. We chose the Fish and Chips and the Chicken Picata for our lunch. Portions generous. Sorry to say, however, that the Fish was way over cooked and about the texture of leather. The Chicken Picata was prepared ok but somewhat different than I was expecting (different sauce, no capers). The sides were good. We will try different menu items next time, if a next time.
Sebastian was our waiter this afternoon. He was friendly and attentive. We received great service. The food is always top notch!
