My mother’s lift machine had a technical error, we were told a technician would come April 9th but it got rescheduled due to the technician being injured. And then was told we’re on a wait list. My mother passed due to natural causes but she had to crawl or be lifted up stairs for 3 weeks due to this company. Horrible. People rely on your machines for mobility how can you be so slow?
For 15,000 dollars, one expects a knowledgeable and helpful salesperson, top quality equipment tailored to the specific needs of the client, which were provided in extensive detail before the equipment was constructed, and an expert installation technician who is not only highly skilled but also courteous and respectful. Silver Cross provided none of these things.
