We bought our van this fall from Silver Cross in Ottawa and it was so much easier than we had expected it to be. It’s an expensive purchase & can be stressful. Teresa Manchester was awesome- friendly, responsive and quickly understood what we needed & found it for us. The van is working out great. Teresa assured us that if we ran into any issues with it that we could call her & when we had a bodywork issue, she was on it. I highly recommend giving Teresa a call if you need accessible van!

My son Morgan and I received excellent service from Teresa at Silver Cross Automotive, 5300 Canotek Road Unit 42, Gloucester/Ottawa. My son recently became a quadriplegic and we wanted to buy a used wheelchair accessible Dodge Caravan. We didn't know whether we wanted a van with a side entry ramp or rear entry ramp and Teresa took the time to explain and show us the difference between both entry types.
