I recently purchased a stairlift from Silver Cross and was very impressed with the courteous, knowledgeable office staff , and the excellent, professional, efficient way Stuart and Nick managed to magically install the lift in time for my return from Rehab. We bought our van this fall from Silver Cross in Ottawa and it was so much easier than we had expected it to be. It’s an expensive purchase & can be stressful. Teresa Manchester was awesome- friendly, responsive and quickly understood what we needed & found it for us. The van is working out great. Teresa assured us that if we ran into any issues with it that we could call her & when we had a bodywork issue, she was on it. I highly recommend giving Teresa a call if you need accessible van!
