Shaky, inferior stairlift! Awful service once I paid them. Removal left HUGE holes. Needed to hire a contractor to fill and stain my staircase. Go elsewhere and save yourself grief and money.
I met with Kevin this morning. What phenomenal service and attitude I was blessed with. Believe me when I tell you do not waste your time anywhere else like I did :( I was only disappointed but luckily, I did some extra research and came across Silver Cross! I am extremely happy and extremely satisfied.
