If you are unfortunate enough to require mobility aids this is the go to store. Valerie is a top drawer customer service person. Service is friendly courteous and prompt. They don't quit. They just provide fantastic service.
We got a chair lift installed today and it’s awesome!!. From the moment I called all the way to the completion of the installation the service was incredible!!! Val was so helpful and friendly on the phone and Chad and his partner were very professional and got the job done with care and were very thourough. Thanks a lot Silver Cross!!! I highly recommend them!!

Took my colibri scooter in for service and they replaced a motor and back in action, realized it felt sluggish and they said to bring it back next day. Took it back and back wheel spacer was out of place 5 minute fix. Seems to run like a charm now. Thank you.
We rented a Pride Jazzy carbon travel power wheelchair from Silver Cross for my husband to use during our recent trip to Punta Cana. It was fantastic. The wheelchair was able to go onto the plane and made it so easy to get through the airports and resort. I was so thankful that Melissa Post told me about accessing the chair. I highly recommend Silver Cross for mobility equipment. And we will definitely be renting the wheelchair again for our next trip.
