My mother’s lift machine had a technical error, we were told a technician would come April 9th but it got rescheduled due to the technician being injured. And then was told we’re on a wait list. she had to crawl or be lifted up stairs for 3 weeks due to this company. Horrible. People rely on your machines for mobility how can you be so slow?
I cant say enough about this amazing company. Been with them over 30 years .it aloud both my parents to stay in there house. If I ever needed help Aaron was there that day .with a smile . There product has logivuty also we still have 2 of the original ones .the two the broke were 30 years.old

Took my 90 yr old mother to Silver Cross dealt with Janice Swiadek in Oakville and used an OT Katie Fitzgerald for a new walker. They are phenomenal with their customer service and treatment of my mom. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful with elderly programs available. Great experience. Thank you.
I highly recommend Silver Cross, Oakville for accessibility and mobility needs. We were so fortunate to have Aaron helping us out with mobility needs for our mom. Working together with Stephan, our OT, we are completely satisfied that we got the best service and attention for our mom fitting her with the best wheelchair for her needs.
