Andrew and Taylor went above and beyond to ensure everything was installed correctly and that we were happy with all the products (hospital bed, low air loss mattress, ceiling lift and sling). The first low air loss mattress didn't work well for me, so they recommended some other models and arranged a trial of which the low air loss mattress was perfect for me.
