A great experience during a difficult time. Janice and her team were amazing in accommodating how quickly I needed the equipment. I highly recommend Silver Cross and the effort and service provided by Janice and all the people who assisted me during this time.

Andrew and Taylor went above and beyond to ensure everything was installed correctly and that we were happy with all the products (hospital bed, low air loss mattress, ceiling lift and sling). The first low air loss mattress didn't work well for me, so they recommended some other models and arranged a trial of which the low air loss mattress was perfect for me. When I started looking at hospital beds for my mom, Janice was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about her products. She is not just your ordinary salesperson she has a heart.❤️ I would highly recommend Silver Cross at this location for all your medical equipment needs. You won't be disappointed. The delivery guy was amazing too! Very polite, fast worker and cleaned up well. I will always call here 1st for any medical needs. Thanks again Janice for all of your patience and time spent with me.
