Janice was extremely helpful with getting appropriate devices for my mom and providing valuable information. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and empathetic. She definitely went above and beyond for us. Our experience dealing with her was so much better than our experience with another vendor.
At time of purchase they will tell you they’ll typically buy a chair lift back when it is no longer needed. However, when that time comes, their inventory is always full and they won’t. They also say it is because it isn’t within their buy back timeframe. They will come remove it and take it away free of charge. They WILL charge to remove and leave it with you.
