My rating is more so for Silver Cross taking over. My doctor had his office in NL for years and in the last year or so everything started running through Silver Cross. Before this you called the office the phone was answered by his staff, if they were busy the answering machine came on and you left a message, it was returned asap, they knew who you were and whether it be a question, to get an appointment, especially when sick they got you in and if iyou needed to get a refill it was sent in by the time you hung up the phone ... read more

If I could do 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer and billing department. If you have any issue, you will reach answering machine, they won't return your call till few days later and random time, when you are not prepared. Horrible horrible

Care and Medical group is fine, billing is near fraudulent regarding overcharging patients with wellness visits copayments. Annual wellness visits are part of my Healthcare. But billing's misappropriation of copayments is apparent when taking legitimate office visit and applying these to past wellness visit billing.

The Doctor I see is great in person. However when having tests done, the wait is too long to get results. I get the alert that my results are ready and can view them but haven't received a call from the doctor. I've call three times now wanting to speak to the doctor about the results and possible medications and have not received a call back. The results were in two weeks ago. Why can't I get a call about my results? There needs to be a direct line to the office and not a messaging system from a call center.
