It’s always quick and the staff there are great
Recent ER visit for back spasm pain. Arrived to Silver Cross ER 11:10p and the waiting room was full of people waiting to be seen. I was seen in triage by 11:25 by an independent NP or Dr. She didn’t identify her name or title, but worked with the nurse. Vitals were done and I was given muscle relaxers and something for my BP that was high (185/127) then I was sent to continue waiting. Sitting there very uncomfortable pain that never decreased. No issues ever
I am new to the Silver Cross network and I came in today because I am having stomach bug symptoms. As I was checking in I was immediately told I maybe sent to the hospital. I did not understand why because this wasn’t an emergency situation. I proceed to the back they barely took vitals, nurse practitioner came in said she couldn’t evaluate me.
